@TonyStark
A serious and important issue each voter must take responsibility for.

@TonyStark I'm Black, bi, have a preexisting condition, COVID-19 would kill me if I got it, and my family members and community need your votes.

Biden was my first choice. Harris was my VP choice. I'm tired of the "lesser of 2 evils" narrative insulting my choices. We need them because of exactly who they are.

Vote like others' lives depend on you. They do.

Good.

Pelosi says Democrats will 'use every arrow in our quiver' to block Trump's Supreme Court nominee.

Pelosi won't rule out launching new impeachment inquiry to block Trump SCOTUS nominee:

@TonyStark McConnell can’t even hold a session to pass COVID relief people NEED, but he’s all too happy to jam a SCOTUS through that every single lying ass one of them said shouldn’t happen.

@Thunderbirds511
They may be concerned they will lose both the White House and the Presidency.

Much like the Republican Senate blocked testimony and evidence in the impeachment trial. Much like the Republican Senate has refused to legislate for almost 4 years. Much like the Republican Senate refuses to negotiate a meaningful relief package for all Americans. Much like the Republican Senate treats their oath of office as a suggestion, rather than a requirement.

Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee are calling on GOP chair Lindsey Graham not to bring a vote on a Supreme Court nominee until next year: "There cannot be one set of rules for a Republican President and one set for a Democratic President"

Don't trust her. She could be saying this so people mail in ballots for her and change her mind close to the election.

Does everyone understand how different life will be with conservative SCOTUS super-majority of 6-3, consisting of 3 Trump appointees? Trump won't go for a Ted Cruz. He'll go for Amy Comey Barrett, an ultra-religuous, anti-abortion extremist. This is a real thing that other people's lives will depend on - not just yours.

Imagine if Mitch gets the replacement between Thanksgiving and Christmas, just in time to clear up an election dispute like in 2000. A victory straight to Trump. Thread: 1/4

It didn’t have to be this way. And 200,000 may easily turn to 400,000 by January. As an RN with training in public health, I have watched appalled as our president turned public jealthcare into a political agenda.

Trump first denied the threat. Then he minimized it. Next he promoted bogus cures. Then he encouraged reckless behavior to promote his selfish political purposes.

Trump didn't create the coronavirus. But he is to blame for thousands of its victims.

I sent about 400 texts today, including responses, and some people were actually nice about it. The amount of positive responses for Biden was up from the last shift I did. For me that was a bright spot in what was a hard day for everyone I know. Tune in next week for our regularly scheduled , I hope.

Don't forget issues like this while you're planning your vote or claiming it won't make a difference who you vote for or saying it doesn't matter if you don't vote.

Vote as if other people's lives depend on you. Because they do.

How Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s death could jeopardize the Affordable Care Act:

As the senior member of the Supreme Court’s liberal bloc, she had been a reliable vote to uphold the ACA and had been expected to do so again with the latest challenge.

@YinzPittsburghers Thank you, Governor Wolf. Quote from my father, product of Philadelphia public schools and our superb local institutions of higher education: “You think wearing a mask is uncomfortable? Losing your family is uncomfortable.” Though a Philadelphian, he managed to not swear.

Please put Senator Peters on your list of donations and volunteer work. His seat will be needed held in order for Democrats to take control of the Senate.

Done. I also may have reminded him that CO voters would be watching his response to this prior to voting in the CO election for the Senate.

@ChloeDecker
That's the definitive solution to this whole issue. It's faster and easier to vote than spend most of our time fighting for our simple survival and the survival of the people around us.

@TonyStark @HopeVanDyne

It's exhausting. I can't remember when I've been so horrified and feeling sick at what is going on around me. I've got two strikes against me as a Hispanic lady and I don't think it's an exaggeration to feel that I have deportation (even tho I'm a US citizen by birth) and/or forced pregnancy in my future if this BS doesn't end.

@ChloeDecker
It definitely isn't.

We have to show up for our neighbors over ourselves. "Vote like everyone's lives depend on you" - I hope that's what people are thinking.
